Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Slow Stories, our goal is to bring joy and curiosity to your child through each monthly chapter. We know that sometimes plans change, so here’s how refunds and cancellations work:
 

Refunds

  • If you’re not happy with your experience after the first two chapters, please reach out to us at support@theslowstories.com. We’ll issue a full refund – no questions asked.

  • If a chapter is damaged, lost, or incorrect, we’ll resend it at no additional cost.

We’ve kept this policy simple and parent-friendly because your child’s joy is what matters most. If something goes wrong, just write to us – we’ll always try to make it right.
